Taylor Swift was able to hang on to the top of the album charts for the 8th straight week with her self titled debut album. Rascal Flatts takes the crown on the singles chart for their new hit, “Take Me There”, knocking off the newly un-retired Garth Brooks who drops like a rock to 8th.
