Country Music Charts, Week Ending 10/20/07
The country music top ten singles chart once again got a big shake up while the albums stayed pretty steady. Toby Keith’s single “Love Me if You Can” was knocked out of the top spot after only one week by Kenny Chesney’s “Don’t Blink” which climbed back up after a brief fall. Brad Paisley’s “Online”, which was number one just two weeks ago, fell sharply down the list this week.
Rascal Flatts still has a strangle hold on the album charts, again beating out all comers to retain the number one spot with “Still Feels Good”. LeAnn Rimes was able to debut with her brand new album “Family” in the number two spot and Sara Evans’ “Greatest Hits” CD came in at a respectable fourth place finish, just behind Reba McEntire’s “Duets” album.
